This is a quality vest that should fit a 10 to 12 pound Italian Greyhound. It was donated to IGRF by Judy Wilson.
This is a sturdy vest and comes with a metal loop. As with any leash, color or harness vest the Italian Greyhound Rescue Foundation cannot guarantee 100% safety.
